Offered in both fall and spring, the program includes a series of 6–8 interactive workshops, mentorship, and culminates in a graduation ceremony celebrating participants’ achievements.

While the structure of our Leadership Academy will remain flexible to accommodate a variety of activities, our primary location will be the IWNJC office at 1927 Keokuk St, Iowa City, IA 52240.
